MAN ATTACKS WOMAN. (From Our Correspnndt'nr.) HAMILTON. Monday. On a charge of assaulting Ellen Mary Neilson, at Barnett Davis (40) was to-day convicted and remanded for medical observation until October IS.
Senior Sergeant O. H. Lambert said Miss Neilson kept goats. These annoyed accused, who attacked Miss Neilsorw, knocking her down several times and punching her severely. Accused was a returned so'dipr.
