Howard, of Parnell, is visiting her daughter, Mrs. Roy Hume, at Dargaville. • • • • Miss D. Farquhar, of Royal Court, Wynyard Street, spent the week-end at Waihi and Pacroa. • • • • Miss Kathleen Spragg, of Auckland, is visiting Cambridge, and is the guest of Miss Jean Priestley. • • • • Mrs. M. G. Hackett has returned to her home in Te Kopuru after a short holiday in Auckland. • • • • Mm. A. J. Curtis, of Tinakori Road, Wellington, who has been visiting Auckland, has returned home. • • • • Mrs. F. Clendon Gould, of Dargaville, is visiting Auckland, and is the guest of her mother, Mrs. Wynyard. • • • • Mrs. D. Murray, of Auckland, who has been spending a holiday in Christchurch, will return home early this month. • • • • Mrs. Cuthbert McCaw, of Mount Eden Road, has left for Rotorua and Napier, and will later go by aeroplane to Dunedin.

Pratt, of Hamilton, returned yesterday from a visit to Auckland, where she was the guest of her mother, Mrs. J. C. Beale, Balmoral Road, Epsom. » • • • Miss Mildred Trent, who has been visiting Auckland for the Dominion conference of the National Council of Women, returned to Christchureh by air on Saturday. • • • • Miss C.
