The Under-Secretary of the Department of Lands and Survey has. advised the Mount Maunganui Domain Board that Moturiki Island had now been brought under the provisions of part 11 of the Public Reserves, Domains and National Parks Act, 1928, as an addition to Mount Maunganui Domain. The Domain Board has agreed to the vesting of a portion of the ocean foreshore area at The Mount in the Mount Maunganui Town Board.
