NAZI CAMPS OVERCBOWDED.

BERLIN, September 30.
Herr Hitler has approved an edict exiling many Jews now in concentration camps because these are overcrowded. Those liberated must promise to leave Germany immediately, but those who might spread anti-Nazi propaganda abroad will not be released.
