LATE NEWS.
"PALE CREAM." Smocks For Staff. With only two dissentients (the chairman, Mr. I. J. Goldstine, and Mr. J. Haalam), a proposal by Mr. N. V. Dc.i-'as, that the women members of the ataff be supplied with a smock, ones yearly, was carried by the Milk Council this morning. Opposing the motion, the chairman said it was not the custom for local bodies to provide smocks for women employees. Mr. Rosser: I would suggest pale cream as the appropriate colour for the Milk Council staff. r: 2. OPEN GOLF TOURNEY. Additional Second Round Scores. ■' ~ • -!-9. 1 R B'ank 158, A. Duncan 162, D. C.
