CHATHAM ISLANDS PLAN.. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. Replying to representations urging the development, of the agricultural resources of the' Chatham Tsla.nds, the Minister' of : Agriculture, Hon. W. Lee Martin, states that an officer is being sent to the islands to make a full survey. The purchase of the cheese factory there will be considered with his report.
