South American Memorials to Scotsman. DUKE UNVEILS AT DUMBARTON (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON", August 29. Two granite memorials, a gift from Uruguay and Argentina, were unveiled by the Duke of Montrose in memory of "Don Roberto." otherwise Robert Cunninghame Graham, the famous Scottish caballero, M.P. and writer, as a national memento on Castle Hill, Dumbarton.
