REVIVED BY QUEEN. MAN SAW HER BROTHER KILLED. LONDON, July 31. The Queen in Stranraer, Scotland, thk reek talked with a railway worker, Peter Douglas, who was standing beside ier brother, Captain the Hon. Fergus Bowee-Lyon, when he was killed at Loos n 1915. The King and Queen were on their fray to the Royal yacht Victoria and Albert which was to take them to BelFast. Douglas, with the stationmaster, was introduced to the King and Queen !>y Lord Stair: When the Queen learned that Douglas had been in the eame company of the Black Watch as her brother she asked him if he was near Captain Bowee-Lyon when he was killed. Douglas replied that he was standing beside the captain when he fell mortally wounded. The Queen then asked whether her brother had met his death from a bullet or a bomb. Douglas explained that there, was a heavy barrage at the time ind he could not say. . . - * J
