NEW TIMBER MILL.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) MERCER, this day. The Eoose Shipping Company's new timber mill at Mercer, replacing the one that wa-s destroyed by fire in April, is expected to begin operations this week. It is equipped with modern electrical machinery and will have an output of some 4000 superficial feet of timber a day greater than the old mill. It will give employment to about 16 men.
