OVERTURNED TEAPOT.
DEATH OP YOUNG BOY. A child of 15 months, Colin Dick, died at the Auckland Hospital on Saturday, having been in the institution for three weeks for treatment of severe scalds to the head, received through an accident at hi* nome in Tennyson Street. Northcote. on Aiisrnst •>- When the child's father was making his breakfast and. having jiiet brewed a pot of tea. left the room for a moment, he was startled by hearing the little k*f scream, and returned to nnd the infest had cl-.itched at the teapot, which overturned, discharging i<ts scalding contents over the boy's head and face. An inquest which opened this morning will be concluded later.
