N.S.W. Parliament Passes New' Bill. FIRST PARALYSIS DEATH. (Received 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. A bill designed to prevent the spread of infantile paralysis to Xew South Wales, which passed all stages in the Legislative Assembly, provides for amendment of the Public Health Act. Persons may, by proclamation, be prevented from leaving an infected area. The first death from infantile paralysis in Xew South Wales this year occurred at Coff's Harbour, the victim being a farmer, aged 57.
