PRICE ABOUT £2000. TO BE SENT TO SYDNEY. TWO WINS IN THREE STARTS. (By Telegraph—Special to " Star.") OHRISTCHURCH, this day. Sir Charles Clifford has sold the three-year-old Rival Hit to Mr. F. W. Hughes, of Sydney, and he will be shipped to his new home next week. He has had only three starts, and created a good impression in his two successes, especially by his easy win in the Longbeach Handicap' at the Grand National meeting. It is understood the price' wae about £2000.
