Outer Italian military posts art' virtually beleaguered, and food and munitions are being dropped from aeroplanes. the article states. Natives refusv to trade and sell produce to Italians despite raising the value of local currencv.
One thousand of tlio better class Abyssinian women have been exiled tor plotting against Marshal (ira/.iani who. over Siglior Mussolini's signature, is sending out a letter to leading Abvssinians emphasising that Italy is opening her arms t<> them like a mother to her children, and appealing to accept Italian goodwill ami benefits to civilisation. The letter also points out that honourable surrender is a real act of heroism.
