The Conservatives 'held Earl Baldwin's seat when a by-election at Bewdley, Worcestershire, resulted as follows:— Captain Conant (Con.) 15.054 Dr. Johnson (Lab.) 8,511 A by-election at Holland-with-Boston, Lincolnshire, necessitated by the death of Sir James Blindell in a motoring accident, resulted:— H.
