FREE STATE TO VOTE.
ELECTION AND REFERENDUM (Received 11.30 a.m.) DUBLIX, June 14. After passing the final reading of the new draft Constitution by #2 votes to 48, the Dail Eireann dissolved. A referendum on this issue will he held on July 1, concurrently with the general election, fti which voting will be by proportional representation.
