SUSPECTED CASE.

HfTAJOTLE PARALYSIS. One case of suspected infantile paralysis, a young girl from the city area, was admitted to the Auckland Hospital during the week-end. Dr. J. W. Craven, medical superintendent, said to-day that the epidemic had obviously reached its final stages. A young woman who was admitted towards the end of last week from Otahuhu is still under observation. It is expected the tests in her case will bo negative.

(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) TAURANGA, this day. A positive case of infantile paralysis is reported from Katikati. A boy agednine was admitted to Tauranga Hospital on May 31 as a pneumonic case, but teats show him to be suffering from a mild form of infantile paralysis.
