RACE RERUN.
CROWD RIOTS IN TORONTO. TORONTO, June 5. The Tliorncliffe Park • Race, won by Vanish; to-day, was ordered to be rerun. When Lassie's Mary, the twelfth entry, Was-missing; the official starter said the flag _ was not ' dropped. Hundreds rioted, stoning the horses and storming the betting pavilion. They were quelled by the police. In the rerun Lassie's Mary won, paying 106 dollars for two dollars. Vanished was last.
