BRIDGE AFTERNOON.

PAPATOETOE. The president and committee of the Papatoetoe Plunket Society held a bridge and 500 afternoon recently at the Renown Hall. The guests were received by the president, Mrs. G. Dyer, and the secretary, Mrs. E. Bray. The prizewinners were : Bridge, Mrs. H. Wily and Mrs. G. McCullougli; 500, Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. Harris. During the afternoon a presentation was made to Mrs. J. Kendall from the committee.
