FAREWELL LUNCHEON.
To bid farewell to Mrs. Howard j Gaudin and lier two daughters, who left 1 by the Mariposa for America. Mrs. A. E. Hammer, of Seafiekl Road, Remuera, entertained a large number of guests at a luncheon partv yesterday held at the 1 Lyceum Club. Bunches of roses and an Early Victorian bouquet, made out of everlasting flowers, were received by ' the guest of honour. The long table was decorated in various shades of Iceland poppies.
