Exceptional opportunities of visiting Australia are being offered in a series of five tours planned for 1937-38 by the organiser of many successful personallyconducted travels, Mr. W. J. Heslehurst. Most of the forthcoming tours will coincide with events of national and even international importance in Australia, and they hold a promise of days of thrills and unforgettable, experiences. Ihe Brisbane Exhibition, the Melbourne Cup race, Australia's 150 th anniversary celebrations, the Empire Games, the Royal Easter Show—such events as these vvil! l)e adventurous highlights of the ■New /ealanders' travels. •* motor tour of New • outh Wales and Queensland which offers a way of escape from the Dominion s winter. The famous Northern rivers and Blue Mountains will be amonp the many places visited between July 23 and August 21 next. The inclusive cost is £85, and. as on all tours, nret-class steamer and hotel accommodation, seven-seater motor transport, theatre parties, entertainment and locai tours will be embraced. For the same inclusive price the combined Melbourne Cup tour and motor tour of New South Wales and Victoria will be held between October 19 and November 19 approximately. Thirty-six days will be spent in Australia in the third tour—the Christmas and New Year motor tour of New South Wales and Victoria, which takes in the 150 th anniversary celebrations of the Commonwealth. The inclusive price is £00, and the tour lasts from December 21 to February 1, 1938. Mor e of the celebrations and the Empire Games will be seen between February 1 and February 28 in a £75 tour," and more again from March 23 to April 20 in the fifth tour at £80.
