Mrs. Dale escaped with a severe shaking, but Mr. Dale broke two ribs. At noon to-day improvement in tbe condition of both victims was reported. The taxi-cab involved in the collision was spun around by the impact. Both the front und rear mudjruards on one side of the taxi were badly crushed, the runninp-board was smashed, and the back wheel rested on its spokes. Several of the windows were smashed; the vehicle had to be towed away. As ii result of the mishap at Blenheim both Mr. and Mrs. Dale spent a month and a day in the Blenheim Hospital, Mr. Dale with a broken shoulder and severe concussion, and Mrs. Dale with a broken arm and a number of bruises.
