TRUCK FAIX» OH LAUNCH. When its brakes failed to hold on the wet surface of Constitution Hill, City, yesterday, a truck owned by the City Council ran backward for about 30 yards and then dropped over a Oft retaining wall to wreck a motor boat in a lane below. The driver jumped flear. The motor boat, owned by Sir. F. H. Nunn, of Brighton Road, Parnell. was extensively damaged, but the truck was later driven away under its own power.
