POWER BOARD'S AFFAIRS.
REPORT BY COMMITTEE.

DARGAVILLE, this day.
The North Auckland Electric Power Board held a special meeting this morning to consider the report of a special committee, comprising Messrs. L R. C'oates (Otamatea), J, A. S. Mackay (Wliangarei) and E. G. Appleton (Hobson ), which was set up at the instigation of Mr, Coates to conduct searching investigations into the board's policy and functions, and into the friction and discord which allegedly had been manifest between certain departments.
The meeting is considering the com % mittee's report in committee.
