Marked Jby special attention tb the setting of the stage and careful choice of cast John Drinkwaterls comedy "Bird in If and" was successfully presented by Miss Merlyn Spooner at the last meeting of the Sheridan Players at the German club rooms. A large audience enjoyed the presentation, and the cast comprised the following: Misses June Melville and Marjorie Kyle, and Messrs. Jack Spooner, Howard' [Newcombe, Leslie Ryan, Philip .lay,! | Terence Barton and Eric Salmon. Piano-j forte selections were given by Mr. J. I Warren during the intervals, and supper brought the evening to a conclusion. j
