EXPULSION REPEALED.

AUSTRALIAN LABOUR MOVE. (Received 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The Federal executive of the Australian Labour party, at a meeting in Sydney to deal with 21 appeals from expelled political and industrial leaders, decided to remove the expulsion on Mr. J. S. Garden, M.P. However, it censured him for his statements about the time of the controversy over the control of Labour's broadcasting station, involving Mr. J. T. Lang and the State executive! j Fourteen other expelled members, including the sitting members of Parliament, Messrs. Heffron, Davidson and Horsington, were also readmitted to the party.
