WOMEN'S DIVISION.
j AUCKLAND. The annual meeting of the Auckland bianch was held this week, when the election of officers resulted as follows: — President, Mrs. J. T. F. Mitchell; lion. secretary, Mrs. K. S. Jiidson (both reflected) ; vice-presidents, Mesdamee G. Marsh. P. ,T. North and X. P. Williamson; hospital visiting committee, Misses E. Soott, R. Anbin and Mrs. L. Peters; delegate to provincial council, Mrs. A. Applcby. Donations were made to community chest and housekeeping fund. Mi«s R. Scott reported on the number of visits paid to country members who had been inmates of the hospital during the past year.
OTAHUHU. At tlip first annual meetinc; of the Otnluilni branch of the women's division of the Farmers' Union a satisfactory report on the progress of the branch since its inception was submitted. Office!"* were elected as follow: — President, Mrs. Barrinjrton: vice-presidente, Mr*. ('. R. Petrie and Mrs. Lee; hono-1 rary secretary. Mrs. F. E. Bailey. A readins on "Gardening" was I given by Miss WallaceI ; v KAUKAPAKAPA. j The Knukapakupa lia.ll contained a' I beautiful show of flowers when the Kau-i branch of tlie Women's Divi-1 sion held their annual "At Home." Mrs. ; Oshaldiston, president, welcomed Mre.! Noel Adams. Dominion vice-president.' who gave an address on the organise- \ tioifs work. A humorous play was produced by Mrs. Geo.
