UNLUCKY START.

BRISBANE CTCUST AT HOME. LOXDOX, March 30. The Brisbane motor cyclist Steve Laiigton, who was competing to-day for the first time in England at Hackney Wick Speedway, struck the back wheel of an opponent's machine and swung across the track at a speed of 40 milee an hour. He struck the safety fence and was knocked unconscious. He also suffered teg injuries.
