HIGHER HOSPITAL CHARGE.

(By Telegraph.-—Vress Association.) DUNEDIN, Thursday. The Hospital Board decided last night to increase the hospital charge for adults from 12/ to 15/ a day, such charge to apply also to children from any other hospital district which has not a reciprocal agreement with the Otago Board.
