British .Official Wireless. (Received 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, March 21. Sir George Clerk, who, is shortly to retire from the post of British Ambassador at Paris, received from the President of France, M. Lebrun, the Grand Cross, the highest class of the Legion of Honour.
