"Wake Up. Devonport." in hie letter, shows plainly enough who ought to 'wake up." He w hopelessly out of date in his ideas and completely lacking ui imagination. It is people of his mentality that have reduced Devonport to its present rating of a decaying suburb. He need only ask himself why property d<>e« not sell at Devonport. and compare the po-Hion there with the wonderful pr<>2Te*> of St. Helier's, Kohimarnma and Mi~-ion Bay. What has caused this propres*; ': Direct access \n \\\» city. I have two houses at Devonport end can get no offers. Perhaps ''Wake Up" would like to buy them? Even with tlie bridjre at Northcote. Devonport will be no further from the city than St. Helier's. tran-port to which takes approximately 15 minutes. Can "Wake Up" beat this on" the fen v ? FED UP.
