THEATRICAL EVENING.
POT-POURRI OP PI<AYETTES.
An entertaining evening was spent at the Unity Hall on Saturday evening, when Miss Raie Robinson presented one-act plays, a pantomime, a classic, vocal solos and duets. Fun moved fast in a dialect play, "The Reunion," whilst "Darby and J6au," played by youthful artists, presented a problem applicable to adults. "Piraey" (in costume and three scenes) was a delightful number- An act from W. S. Gilbert's "Pygmalion and Galatea" was a delicate piece of work, and "The Lost Faithful" proved amusing. Vocal solos by Gladys Barton were appreciated, and orchestral selections by the Misses Simich, Hipwell and Sheath were welcomed. The entertainment will be repeated to-night.
