INSURANCE COVER. GOVERNMENT PROPOSAL. l SICKNESS AND OLD AGE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Insurance against unemployment is likely to be included in the Government health insurance proposals, according to information given by the Minister of Employment, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong. The Minister sfaid the intention of the fiovernnient was to provide security against unemployment, sickness and old age, and while details had not yet been worked out it was possible everything would be covered in one comprehensive scheme. It was mentioned by the Minister that, with the decrease in the number of unemployed the stage was rapidly being reached when most, of those on the register would be men classified as unfit for work.
