Duigan as General Officer Commanding the New Zealand Forces, in succession to Major-Geueral Sir William SinclairBurgess, was announced to-day by the Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. Jones. Sir William Sinclair-Burgess is retiring at the end of the month on superannuation.
