The Government Meteorologist ieeued to the " Auckland Star" this afternoon the following special weather rorecaet for the Auokland Province to aa far eouth at Tauranga, Kawhia ana Hamilton:— Light to moderate and variable winda, with eoutherliea predominating. Weather, fair to fine, and rcther warmer. Seae, slight to moderate. An anti-oyclone it moving on to northern New Zealand, but slight depreeeione continue to pass in the south. FOR THE DOMINION. For 24 hours from 9 a.m. thia day:— The indications are for moderate southerlies. There ie a prospect of fair and milder weather. The barometer haa a riaing tendency. Seas, smooth to moderate. HAURAKI GULF CONDITIONS. The following report of weather conditiona in the Hauraki Gulf was received from Tiritiri Island at noon to-day:— Wind, eaet-eouth-east, moderate; sea, moderate; weather, fine, but cloudy; viaibility, good; barometer, rising.
