AUCXLAHS CENTRAL BRANCH. The annual meeting of the Auckland Central branch of the New Zealand Labour party was held on Wednesday, the president, Mr. C. J. Matthew, presiding. The following officers were elected: Mr. C. J. Matthew; vice-presi-dent, Mr. J. Dore; secretary and treasurer, Mr. G. W. S. Marten; execu tive committee, Messrs. F. T. Pattison, J. A. Mason, jun., M. McLaughlan, A. J. Williamson, and Mason; delegates to the Labour representation committee, Messrs. Marten, Matthew; auditor, Mr. J. Dore; delegate to the annual conference of the New Zealand Labour partv, Mr. Marten. A "vote of thanks was passed to the member for the district, the Hon. W. E. Parry.
