The vessel would lie returnnig to Auckland in a fortnight. As I'ickens did not appear. a formal application for the forfeiture of liail v.i-> made by Mr. Fox. The presiding justices. Mcsms. Arthur I Josser and .1. Farrell. made an order for the forfeit lire of liail.
