AMUSING RESULTS.
INDIAN PROVINCIAL POLLS. (Received lo.mo a.m.) HOMHAV, February 23. The provincial elections have produced some remarkable and amusing results showing the solidity of the Con" Stress vote, especially in* the United Provinces. In two constituencies Congress candidates have five-liirnre totals and their opponents nil. Lahore returning officer had to announce the success of a candidate whom he later, as magistrate, will try for a bank iraud. A tie at Assam was derided by the toss of a coin. A Sikli candidate defeated hig ownjatlier at Auihala.
