Zone of Naval Supervision On Spanish Coast. COMMITTEE MEETS. British Official Wireless. (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, February 23. At a meeting of the chairman's subcommittee of the Xon-Intervention Committee, the Earl of Plymouth, presiding reported that the British and Portuguese Governments had reached agreement regarding arrangements to be made in respect of the Portuguese-Spanish Irontier. r Referring to naval supervision, the chairman said that it was clear that all representatives were prepared, on behalf of their respective Governments, to accept this scheme except Russia, which was not prepared to accept the particular zone allotted to its Fleet. Ihe Russian representative undertook to consult his Government further.
