J ,le Zealand Council forwarded a request that Auckland should handle in connection with the ALC.C. t£.am« game at Eden Park. Reporting for the coach committee, Mr. L. B. Schnauer stated that an application had been received from J. R. Sheffield, the L»sex professional, at present head guide at The Chateau, for a position as coach to the association. The chairman said that no consideration would be given to the question of engaging a coach until the end of the season. An invitation was received from Te Aroha for a senior club team to visit that district during Easter, the Parnell Club being particularly mentioned.
