POST OFFICE DESTROYED.
BLAZE NEAR HOKITIKA. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HOKITIKA, this day. Fire at Harihari last night destroyed Mr. George Rowley's residence and the store and post office. It started in the latter building, which was detached. The buildings were insured for £1757 in the London and Liverpool office, while there was £1500 on the stock and £375 on the furniture, the policies being held in the Roval Insurance office.
