JOB CONTROL.
In reply to "Freedom" in bis statement that men on P.W.D. jobs arc allowed to elect their own gangers, this is quite correct, but only for gangs who are on co-operative contract. This system has always been the rule on P.W.D. jobs, long before the present Government took charge, and it is the only way such contracts can be carried out. 1 would al so remind "Freedom" that we workers in the IVW.T). do not try to obstruct the officials. We have our award by the Arbitration Court and we abide by that. We expect a fair deal, and we don't wish to dictate to anyone. 1 don't think "Freedom" should worry about claes-eonseions workers dem-'mling Moscow trials under (lie Liibo'.'f Government. There may be a few illiterate- "half-baked Kcfa" in our midst, but tb?V don't count much. WORKER.
