ALLEGED VALUELESS CHEQUE. I' Arrested by Detective Waterson, a salesman, Eonald Porter Webb, aged 27, appeared in the Police Court this morning charged with obtaining from Esme Carter Hughes, on January 30, £3 2/ by means of a valueless cheque.
