Dear Girls and Boys—, I am very pleased to extend to you a warm welcome to Auckland. It is a happy circumstance that your visil coincides with the recent improvement in the weather and the indications are that your stay here should be of the most enjoyable. At all events, it is my sincere hope that you enjoy yourselves to the full, see all that is to be seen, and return to your homes benefited in health and by the experience you have gained. I take this opportunity of commending the enterprise of the Editor of the children's pages in the "Auckland Star," whose good offices made your visit possible.

To the Mnngerc aerodrome nuthorilies, tho \aval authorities, the Union Stoiim Ship Company, theatre propl'lctors and private citizens of Auckland whose kindness in the grunting of concessions and free entertainment has made'possible n wonderful ami varied programme during the children's stay in our city.
