SOLD 250 TIMES. VIENNA. Alexcl folorov, who claimed to have been a war-time flyer in the Russian nrmy, is under arrest, charged with having sold at least 250 times, the "last remnant of nn immense fortune;" which purchasers discovered was only a, gilded ■ copper Redding ring.
