THE MILK HABIT.
HAMXLTOIT BOHOOIIB SCHEME. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) . HAMILTON, this day. "We hope to have the free milk scheme in operation in most centres by the time the schools are ready to reaume after the holidays," said Mr. W. A. Cowell, the milk scheme officer of the Health Department, Wellington, when interviewed to-day. Mr. Cowell, who has been making a survey of Hamilton and district, added that about 2400 children be participating and Hamilton would require about 150 gallons of milk daily for the local schools.
