Although they have always received the support of the Railway Department in previous applications for goods licenses between Tauranga and Rotorua, Messrs. W. Dawson and Son to-day met with the opposition of the Department when they applied for a renewal of their licenses before the No. 1 Transport w«l neing Authority, Mr. E. J. Phelan.
