AN INTERESTING STITCH is shown in this becoming liana-knitted jacket, with the popular Gibson Girl shoulder. The base of the pattern is a rib of knit 3, purl 10. The burls are formed by knitting five stitches, Ik, lp, Ik, lp, Ik, into each plain stitch, and knitting the five together when returning. These two rows are repeated once and then four rows are knitted in the plain rib before the pattern commences again.
