Fleetwood-Smith, the left-arm googly bowler, who took six English wickets for 110 in the second innings at Adelaide, his inspired bowling yesterday being the prime factor in Australia's* victory by 148 runs. He has captured Walter Hammond's wicket (twice bowled, once stumped', once caught) in four of the six games in which they have met in Australia and the Old Country, besides having the English champion missed in the slips off him by A. G. Chipperfield, when he had scored only three runs in the first innings at Adelaide.
