Fifty-seven year-old Major Henri Jullerot, only Frenchman who has held a commission in the Royal Air Force, lias applied to become a British subject. "'All hi* interests lie in this countrv," said Mme. Jullerot, who is English by birth. "He fought for Britain during the war. When it broke out, my husband was attached to the Air Force as interpreter. "The French Ciovernment gave him permission to accept a commission in the R.N.A.S.. and he rose to the rank of major in the R.A.F. and gained the Air Force Cross. -,
In 1910 Major Jullerot made the first military reconnaissance in India, in company with the late Sir Sefton Brancker.
