Britain and the Irish Free State. PARLEYS IN LONDON. (Received 10 n.m.) LONDOX, January 14. The Dominions Secretary, Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald, called on the Irish Free State President, Mr. de Valera ; who is passing through London on his return from Zurich, where he consulted an eye specialist.

Special significance attaches to their talk in view of a statement by the Free State Minister of Education, Mr. T. The talks will be continued this afternoon, and a statement is to be issued later.
